Our commitment to the community and environment is unwavering. Castex has voluntarily championed environmental enhancement projects for decades, including the establishment of one of the first ever “mitigation banks” in South Louisiana designed to both preserve and enhance Louisiana wetlands.

In 2021, we established Castex Carbon Solutions which is executing multiple carbon capture and storage projects along the gulf coast to safely and permanently reduce global CO2 emissions. Our plans contemplate capturing and storing over 3 million tons of CO2 annually.
